Information we process
We process your Shopify store domain and identifier, app authentication sessions, product names, identifiers and images, manufacturer and responsible-person contact details you enter, safety warnings, document URLs, publishing jobs and change history. The app does not request orders or customer records. Shopify authentication sessions can contain staff account information.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your store, manage product safety profiles, display information on product pages, verify app plan access and recover publishing failures. Manufacturer and responsible-person details, warnings and document links published by you are public on your storefront. Do not enter private information that should not be displayed.
Storage and service providers
Published information is stored in your Shopify store. A working copy, authentication sessions and the update queue are stored on our hosting infrastructure. Shopify processes app billing. Documents remain with the hosting service you choose; this app stores links only. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling stops background updates and removes authentication sessions. Shopify's shop-redaction webhook deletes the remaining store records from the app database. Backups rotate out within 30 days. Public Shopify data and your own hosted documents are subject to their respective retention policies. Ask support for an export or deletion request.
Your choices
You can edit safety information through the app, export product records and uninstall at any time. Contact support about access, correction or deletion. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
